MY SPECIALTIES
INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING
I offer open-ended individual counselling, giving you the freedom to attend sessions for as long as you feel they’re helpful. There’s no set timeline—this is your space, at your pace. I believe in working collaboratively because you are the expert in your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, offering support, insight, and a safe, non-judgemental space to explore whatever you’re going through.
COUPLES THERAPY
I work with couples in a time limited structure of 9 sessions in total. Following the 1 hour assessment each session is 1.5 hours, during which time I introduce Transactional Analysis theory, which focuses on how we communicate.
Sessions are held every two weeks, with a six week break before the last session to complete a task set.
WALKING TALKING
'Walking talking' sessions offer a more relaxed and natural approach to therapy. Being outdoors can ease the pressure of sitting face-to-face and help conversations flow more freely. Combining the benefits of counselling with the calming effect of nature, walking side-by-side can create a sense of ease, support mental clarity, and encourage a deeper connection with yourself and the world around you.
HYPNOTHERAPY
Hypnotherapy is a gentle, focused technique that taps into the subconscious mind to support positive change. Within a therapeutic setting, it can be a powerful tool for exploring deeper patterns, reducing anxiety, building confidence, and working through emotional blocks. When combined with counselling, hypnotherapy can enhance self-awareness and healing, offering a more holistic approach to your wellbeing.
RELATIONSHIP TRAUMA
Toxic relationships—whether with a partner, family member, or someone else—can leave lasting emotional wounds, often impacting your confidence, sense of self, and ability to trust. I’ve created a combined counselling and hypnotherapy package designed to support you through this healing process. This holistic approach gently helps you process trauma, rebuild your identity, and regain your inner strength, offering a safe and empowering space to move forward with clarity and self-compassion.
NARCISSISTIC ABUSE
Narcissistic abuse can be deeply confusing and damaging, often leaving you questioning your reality, self-worth, and trust in others. To better support clients affected by this specific form of emotional abuse, I’ve completed additional CPD training to specialise in this area. With this deeper understanding, I offer informed, compassionate support to help you process your experience, rebuild your confidence, and reclaim your sense of self in a safe, validating therapeutic space.
