Due to the nature of my work, I’m not always able to answer phone calls during the day. The easiest and most reliable way to get started is by booking a free phone consultation through my website. Just click the 'Book a Call' button to choose a time that works for you. This initial chat gives us a chance to connect, talk about what you're looking for, and see if we're a good fit to work together.
Consultations run on Thursday afternoons each week. If you're unable to see any available slots, it likely means I’ve currently closed consultations as I’m at full capacity and not taking on new clients at the moment. I do this to ensure I can give my existing clients the time and care they need. You're very welcome to check back again soon, as availability is updated regularly depending on my client schedule.
Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that uses guided relaxation and focused attention to help you access a natural, trance-like state of awareness. In this deeply relaxed state, your mind becomes more open to positive suggestions and insights, allowing you to explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences at a deeper level. It’s not about being ‘under’ or losing control—you're always aware and in charge. Hypnotherapy can be especially helpful for addressing issues like anxiety, low self-esteem, emotional blocks, and unwanted habits. When combined with counselling, it can enhance your healing journey by supporting both conscious and subconscious change.
Walking talking therapy takes place outdoors and offers a more relaxed alternative to traditional sessions. Being in nature can help ease anxiety, improve clarity, and support emotional well-being while we talk side-by-side.
I require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel a session. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee.
This policy is an important boundary that helps protect my time, income, and the sustainability of my practice as a sole trader. It also ensures fairness to all clients by allowing others the opportunity to book available times. Thank you for respecting this policy and supporting the work that I do.
In line with GDPR requirements and my professional insurance policy, I securely store client records for five years after our work together ends. After this period, all records are safely and permanently deleted.
I use a secure online software system called WriteUpp to manage all client data, which is specifically designed for healthcare professionals and meets strict data protection standards. Additionally, I am registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and pay a yearly fee to ensure I remain compliant with data protection regulations.
To further protect your confidentiality, I keep very minimal notes, recording only what is necessary. This approach ensures that, should records ever be requested by a court order, only essential and appropriate information is disclosed. Your confidentiality and the security of your information are my highest priorities.
Yes, I offer hypnotherapy packages to provide structured support and help you get the most from your sessions. Packages are designed to focus on your specific goals and typically include a set number of sessions at a reduced rate compared to booking individually.
Working within a package allows us to build momentum, track your progress, and make lasting changes more effectively. During our initial consultation, we can discuss which package might best suit your needs, depending on the issue you'd like to work on.
