Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic approach that uses guided relaxation and focused attention to help individuals access their subconscious mind. In this relaxed state, the mind is more open to positive suggestions and insights, allowing clients to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviours in a safe and supportive environment. Hypnotherapy is a client-led process, meaning the client remains in control throughout the session, and the therapy is tailored to their specific needs and goals. As the hypnotherapist I act as a guide, facilitating the client’s journey of self-discovery and empowering them to make meaningful changes at their own pace.
As a requirement of my Clinical Hypnotherapy diploma I am offering the following sessions for free to use as my case studies. If you would like to be a volunteer you can book in for a consultation via the button at the bottom of this page.
Phobia
All hypnotherapy sessions will be held online via google meets and are recorded.
There are contraindications for hypnotherapy; this can be discussed in the consultation.
I have limited availability so once the consultation slots are full, please don't contact me directly as I won't be able to offer another free place.
This is a single session plan using CBT hypnosis to manage phobias such as spiders and flying.
